* feat(plugin): enhance context management and skill invocation

- Update .context-manifest.json to include profile and detailed source information.
- Revise context-scout.md to clarify context root discovery and navigation.
- Modify commands to replace deprecated skills with updated ones (brainstorming → approach, systematic-debugging → debugger).
- Streamline install-context.md for clarity and remove interactive profile selection.
- Improve oac-status.md to provide a more comprehensive status report.
- Add OAC system paths to session-start.sh for better context management.
- Remove obsolete skills and improve documentation for existing commands.

Subagents System

Purpose: Specialized AI assistants with own context window for task-specific workflows

Core Concept

Subagents are isolated AI assistants that handle specific tasks. Each runs in its own context with custom system prompt, specific tool access, and independent permissions. When Claude encounters a matching task, it delegates to the subagent.

Key Benefits

Preserve context: Keep exploration/implementation out of main conversation
Enforce constraints: Limit which tools subagent can use
Reuse configs: User-level subagents work across projects
Specialize behavior: Focused prompts for specific domains
Control costs: Route to faster/cheaper models (Haiku)

How Delegation Works

Claude analyzes task description and subagent descriptions
Matches task to appropriate subagent
Delegates work to subagent's isolated context
Subagent works independently
Returns results to main conversation

Key Constraints

Subagents cannot spawn other subagents
