feat: add system builder and reorganize project structure

- Add system-builder agent for generating custom AI systems
- Add 5 new subagents for system building:
- domain-analyzer: Analyzes domains and recommends architectures
- agent-generator: Generates XML-optimized agent files
- context-organizer: Organizes modular context files
- workflow-designer: Designs workflow definitions
- command-creator: Creates custom slash commands
- Add build-context-system command for interactive system generation
- Add system builder templates and guide
Project Reorganization:
- Move GITHUB_SETTINGS.md to docs/github/
- Move AGENT-SYSTEM-BLUEPRINT.md to docs/features/
- Move CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md to docs/contributing/
- Move CONTRIBUTING.md to docs/contributing/
- Consolidate documentation in docs/ directory
Registry Updates:
- Add system-builder agent to registry
- Add 5 new subagents to registry
- Add build-context-system command to registry
- Update advanced profile to include system builder components
This enables users to generate complete custom AI systems tailored to their domain through an interactive interview process.

fix: cross-platform installer compatibility for bash 3.2+ and Windows

Critical fixes:
- Fix argument mismatch (accept 'core' and '--core' formats)
- Fix bash 3.2 compatibility (replace mapfile with while-read loops)
- Fix process substitution issues (use temp files)
- Add platform detection (macOS/Linux/Windows)
- Add bash version check (3.2+ required)
- Add conditional color support for Windows terminals
Enhancements:
- Platform-specific dependency installation instructions
- Improved help text with usage examples
- Better error messages for unsupported platforms
Testing:
- Add comprehensive compatibility test suite (12 tests)
- Add collision detection tests
- Organize tests in scripts/tests/ directory
- All tests pass on macOS (bash 3.2.57)
Documentation:
- Add Windows installation instructions to README
- Add platform compatibility guide
- Add COMPATIBILITY.md quick reference
- Update all test script references

refactor: update installation profiles based on user feedback

Changes to profiles:
- Core: Added prompt-enhancer, removed tools (truly minimal now)
- Developer: Removed plugins, kept AI tools (env, gemini) for image generation
- Full: Only profile with plugins (Telegram notifications)
- Advanced: Removed plugins, only adds planning/architecture docs
Other changes:
- Added note in README about differences from demo video
- Emphasized making repo easier for others to use
- Verified image-specialist dependencies are properly included
Profile sizes:
- Core: 15 components (minimal essentials)
- Developer: 22 components (recommended for daily use)
- Full: 25 components (everything including plugins)
- Advanced: 23 components + docs (for contributors)
