fix: resolve installer failures and add comprehensive validation (#189)
* fix: ContextScout falls back to global core/ when local core/ missing

Users who install OAC globally have core standards at
~/.config/opencode/context/core/ but no local core/ directory.
ContextScout now does a one-time check on startup: if local
core/navigation.md doesn't exist, it checks the global path
from paths.json. This resolves the ENOENT errors when agents
try to read core/standards/ files that only exist globally.

- paths.json: enabled global path (~/.config/opencode/context)
- contextscout.md: added global_fallback rule with 2-glob cap
- Fallback is ONLY for core/ files, never project-intelligence

* docs: add context resolution explanation to README

Explains how ContextScout resolves context files: local-first,
global fallback only for core/ files, project-intelligence always
local. Includes flow diagram, key rules, and common setup table.

* fix: resolve installer failures and add comprehensive validation

## Summary
Fixes critical installer failures where ContextScout and other components couldn't find their configuration files after installation. Adds comprehensive validation system to prevent future issues.

## Problems Fixed

### 1. Missing Critical Files (13 dead registry references)
Files were referenced in registry but didn't exist on disk:
- workflows-delegation (split into 3 files)
- design-iteration (split into 8 files)
- animation-patterns (split into 6 files)
- adding-agent (split into 2 files)
- adding-skill (split into 3 files)
- navigation-design (split into 2 files)
- external-libraries (split into 3 files)
- claude-code-docs/* (directory removed)

### 2. Missing Infrastructure Files
ContextScout failed after installation because 2 critical files weren't in registry:
- paths.json - Context root configuration
- navigation.md - Root navigation for discovery

### 3. Profile Inconsistencies
Profiles referenced components that don't exist:
- context:adding-skill → context:adding-skill-basics
- context:animation-patterns → animation-basics/components/advanced
- context:design-assets (removed - doesn't exist)
- context:to-be-consumed/* (removed - directory doesn't exist)
- skill:context-manager → subagent:context-manager

## Changes Made

### Registry (registry.json)
- Removed 13 dead references
- Added 27 new split-file entries
- Added 2 critical infrastructure entries
- Fixed all 5 profile configurations
- Updated ContextScout dependencies
- Updated agent-metadata.json dependencies

### New Validation Scripts
- scripts/registry/check-dependencies.ts - Comprehensive dependency checker
- scripts/tests/test-installer-files.sh - Installer simulation test

- Installer would fail

After:
- 244 total paths, 0 missing
- 262 dependency checks, 0 failures
- 0 orphaned dependencies
- All profiles consistent
- Installer works correctly

## Testing

```bash
# Registry validation
bun run scripts/registry/validate-registry.ts
# ✓ All 244 paths valid
# Dependency checking
bun run scripts/registry/check-dependencies.ts
# ✓ All 262 checks passed
# Installer test
./scripts/tests/test-installer-files.sh --local --profile=essential
# ✓ All files accessible
```

## Usage

### Run validation before commits:
```bash
bun run scripts/registry/check-dependencies.ts
```

### Install pre-commit hook:
```bash
cp scripts/hooks/pre-commit .git/hooks/pre-commit
chmod +x .git/hooks/pre-commit
```

### Test installer:
```bash
./scripts/tests/test-installer-files.sh --local --profile=essential
```

## Impact

This fix ensures:
- ✓ Installer downloads all required files
- ✓ ContextScout works immediately after install
- ✓ No broken dependencies

## Migration Details

Based on official OpenCode documentation (https://opencode.ai/docs/agents/):
- OpenCode v1.1.1+ uses `permission:` (singular)
- Deprecated: `permissions:` (plural)
- Granular control with last-matching-wins evaluation
- Valid actions: "allow", "ask", "deny"

All agents now comply with OpenCode v1.1.1+ standards.

* fix: correct YAML errors and restore missing permissions in agent configs

- Fix repo-manager.md duplicate permission section
- Fix externalscout.md YAML indentation error
- Remove old tools: section from devops-specialist.md
- Restore context file permissions in context-manager.md
- Restore test command permissions in tester.md
- Clean up formatting in coder-agent.md

All 20 agent files now have valid YAML frontmatter with proper permission blocks.

* fix: standardize permission key across agent files

- Updated all instances of `permissions:` to `permission:` in agent frontmatter for consistency.
- Removed deprecated `write:` and `edit:` sections from externalscout.md.
- Adjusted related documentation to reflect the singular form of permission key.

These changes ensure compliance with OpenCode v1.1.1+ standards and improve YAML structure across the repository.

* feat: implement parallel execution workflow for TaskManager and CoderAgent

- Update OpenCoder Stage 5 to support parallel batch execution
- Add batch analysis, grouping, and simultaneous delegation patterns
- Update OpenAgent ExecuteParallel step with task-cli integration

Closes parallel execution gap between TaskManager and CoderAgent

* refactor: clarify BatchExecutor usage logic and multiple executor patterns

- Add explicit decision logic for when to use BatchExecutor vs direct execution
- Document threshold: 1-4 tasks = direct, 5+ tasks = BatchExecutor
- Add advanced pattern section for multiple simultaneous BatchExecutors
- Clarify default behavior: one feature at a time, batches within feature parallel
- Update execution philosophy with BatchExecutor usage guidelines

* feat(plugins): add coder-verification plugin for agent validation

- Add coder-verification plugin with validation hooks
- Implements session validation and approval gate checking
- Provides delegation analysis and context compliance tracking

    - Developers now have repo-specific guides and examples
  * Remove context:to-be-consumed/* from essential, developer, business, full
    - Keep only in advanced profile for system builders
  * Properly scope mastra-ai context via wildcard patterns

Validation Results:
- Registry: 220/220 paths valid, 0 missing dependencies
- Profiles: All appropriately scoped with no duplicate IDs
- Standards: MVI compliance, frontmatter, structure verified
- No regressions: All tests passing

Fixes issues with context organization, command consistency, and profile coverage.

* feat: make agents OpenCode-compliant with centralized metadata system

- Remove invalid OpenCode fields from agent frontmatter (id, category, type, version, author, tags, dependencies, context, permissions)
- Keep only valid OpenCode fields (name, description, mode, temperature, tools, permission)
- Create centralized metadata file (.opencode/config/agent-metadata.json) for registry metadata
- Update auto-detect script to merge frontmatter + metadata into registry
- Fix YAML parsing errors (orphaned list items after valid fields)
- Add comprehensive documentation for new metadata system
- All 27 agents now OpenCode-compliant and callable by name

Fixes validation errors:
- Extra inputs are not permitted (9 fields)
- Invalid temperature type (string instead of number)

Benefits:
- OpenCode validation passes without errors
- Registry maintains complete metadata (id, name, category, tags, dependencies)
- Single source of truth for agent metadata
- Easier to maintain and update dependencies
- Backward compatible with existing tools

* fix: correct context dependency IDs to match registry

- Update context dependencies to use actual registry IDs

* chore: add navigation files and update workflow context

- Add navigation.md files for all context directories
- Update design-iteration.md and task-delegation.md workflows
- Clean up backup files from metadata fixes

* fix: install dependencies in validate-registry workflow

The validation script requires the 'glob' package which is in devDependencies.
CI was failing because dependencies were never installed before running validation.

* fix: show validation errors in CI logs

Use tee to display validation output in logs while also saving to file.
This makes debugging CI failures much easier.

* fix: remove duplicate pull_request trigger

The workflow was running twice (pull_request + pull_request_target) causing
duplicate checks. Keep only pull_request_target to support bot PRs and allow
writing to PR branches.

* chore: trigger CI re-run with fixed workflow
